I’m Natalie Thomson, a Leiths-trained chef, food stylist, recipe writer and cookbook author with over a decade of experience creating thoughtful, seasonal food for brands, publishers and private clients.

 

My career has taken me across food styling, recipe development, television, publishing and private cheffing. That combination has shaped the way I cook: food should taste wonderful, look considered and feel generous.

 

Today, I provide private chef services for households, intimate entertaining and special occasions across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. From bespoke dinner-party menus and elegant canapés to weekly family meals, fridge fills and postnatal food support, every menu is tailored to the occasion, household and season.

 

Whether I am preparing a private dinner or filling a freezer for a busy young family, my aim is the same: to take pressure away, bring calm to the kitchen and allow my clients to enjoy proper food without the stress.
